Chai Granola Recipe

Chai granola pin

Hey chai enthusiasts! I’m back again with another recipe that you’re gonna LOVE.

This is one of my top all time recipes, it’s so easy to make and tastes so. good!

Personally, I really like granola. You can do so much with it, it can be cereal with some milk or on top of some yogurt and topped with berries for a breakfast parfait, you can even eat it by itself (my favorite way)!

The chai spice in this takes it to a different level, giving it a dimension that makes it so much better than any other granola you would buy from the store. (Plus, who doesn’t love chai spice?!)

You can make chai spice in less than 5 minutes, click here for the recipe!

Plus, because you’re making it yourself you know exactly what’s going into it.

You probably have all the ingredients in your pantry already. All you need is…

Ingredients

2 tsp Chai Spice ( you can find the recipe here - it takes less than 3 minutes to make )

3 cups Rolled Oats

1 cup Shredded Coconut

1 cup Pecans ( or nuts of choice )

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Coconut Oil + another 1/8 cup

1 tsp salt

Steps

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees (F).

Oats, pecans, brown sugar, chai spice in bowl

You’re going to want to grab a large bowl and add in the oats, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, and chai spice. Mix together, making sure it combined and set to the side.

Now in a separate smaller bowl, put your 1/4 cup coconut oil in. If your coconut oil is solid, place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to liquify it.

Add in the maple syrup and salt to the coconut oil and mix well. Pour the wet mixture over the oat mixture and stir well. Make sure it covers all the oats and pecans. Add another 1/8 cup of coconut oil and stir in.
